Our money back guarantee applies only to the first-ordered line per account, not to additional or secondary lines. We will refund one credit for the activation fee you paid, the service charge you paid for your first month of service, the price you paid us for your device plus the associated taxes and the charges for us to ship the device to you, if you meet the following conditions:

• To cancel, you must call, within 30 days of your subscription date, 1-VONAGE-HELP (1-866-243-4357) between the hours of 9am-midnight ET, Monday-Friday and 9am-8pm ET, Saturday and Sunday. Your cancellation, including porting of your number to another provider, must be completed within the 30 day period after your subscription date.
• You remain responsible for paying any overage on usage, international or directory assistance charges.
• If you purchased your device at www.vonage.com or by phone, you must also satisfy the following additional conditions:
• Return Authorization: Before returning your device to us, you need to obtain a valid return authorization number which you can obtain when you call 1-VONAGE-HELP (1-866-243-4357) to cancel.
• Wear and Tear: We receive your device in its original condition, with the UPC or bar code intact, reasonable wear and tear excluded, no later than 14 days after you cancel your service. All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included.
• Shipping Costs: You pay all costs of shipping your device back to us.
• Certain taxes, such as per-line taxes required by a state or locality, may not be refundable. Sales taxes paid at the time of your order are refundable.
• Customers who buy their devices at retail must refer to the return policy of the retailer where you purchased your device for anything related to the device. If you qualify for a money back guarantee, once you call us to cancel your service within the money back guarantee period, you will be refunded all amounts specified above except for what you paid the retailer for the device.
• If you cancel within the Money Back Guarantee period you must return the device in its original condition within 14 days of the date you cancel or you will incur a Device Recovery Fee equal to the amount of the rebate initially given to you for the device.
